1. Return Eligibility

We only accept returns and refunds under the following condition:

• The product was delivered in a broken or damaged condition.

2. Return and Refund Process

1. Contact Us Within 7 Days
   • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged product. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
2. Provide Proof
   • Send clear photos or videos of the damaged item, along with your order number, to our customer support team at support@jbh130.com.
3. Shipping Return the Item
   • If approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
   • To return your product, mail it to:

   Empire Shopping Gallery G-18, Ground floor, Jalan SS16/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

   • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
   • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
   • If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Processing
   • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
• Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date.
